infinitecrossedstars:

In stories of fantastic love
Lovers can feel when the other is in a great deal of pain
When they are kissing death
I wish for this power in my reality
Dead of night, when I’m laying next to him, our bodies touching
If I should happen to slip away, silently
He will jolt up and grab my spirit…

I need a new book to read

I like fantasy, sci-fi, and romance. I’ve always really liked dystopian books. I really like books that describe societies in the future or in other universes. I like seeing humanity through a different lens than the one I already see the world in normally. Some books I like that I’ve read recently: The Host, The Hunger Games series, The Fault in Our Stars. Some books that I liked the ideas but wasn’t in love w/ the execution was the Divergent series, the Uglies series, and the Matched series. Uglies was my favorite of those three though. My favorite book ever is the Harry Potter series but as far as fantasy I also really liked the Peter Jackson series by Rick Riodan (sp?) and The Mortal Instruments series was good enough to keep me reading. I’ve also been reading her spinoff Clockwork Prince/Princess etc. which are ok. When I was little I loved Peter and the Starcatchers.

Any suggestions are welcomed!! c:

novel about a morally grey pirate captain who is cursed to die within 5 years for stealing some forbidden treasure, and only giving her heart to someone and expecting nothing back can break the curse

but rather than go on some journey to find some true love or whatever, she decides to use her last years to travel the seas with her crew and collect treasure and drink and be merry

and on the day of reckoning, she is falling more and more ill, and her crew gather all around her to say goodbye to their captain when suddenly the curse is broken. because she gave her whole heart to her ship and her crew, and expected nothing back.

dragondicks:

there are some bronies that are like. actively obsessively trying to identify gender differences in the breezies like “is it their eye shape?? or their leg length?? WHAT IS THEIR GENDER IDENTIFIER THEY MUST HAVE ONE” like lmfao yes there are absolutely no species where all sexes look the same and god forbid we create one [eyerolls into space]

idk I thought it was really great that there isn’t a difference especially since that’s pretty true to a lot of insects?? bring on the androgyny. particularly androgyny where the default state of being isn’t defined by maleness!! hell yea gimmie dat race of androgynous pixie bug things that would be considered “feminine” by our standards heL FUKIN YEa

dear followers,

There aren’t many of you but I’m glad you liked this blog enough to follow! I do not like to put any text posts on this blog so this is a rarity and will be deleted later!!
